2. Breathe deeply
Breathing is one of your body’s basic functions. There are three breathing techniques that you can use: Chest breathing which is the most common, diaphragmatic breathing and deep breathing. This latter type of breathing gives you more oxygen and can slow your heartbeat and stabilize blood pressure. When you are under stress, sometimes you feel like you don't have enough oxygen. In this case, your breathing becomes shallow, which may lead to a panic attack.
